ingredients:- 1 (8-oz) container fat-free strawberry yogurt
- 6-8 strawberries (yield approx 1/2 cup)
- Variations:
- Lime - Substitute Lime yogurt and 1 large ripe banana
- Orange - Substitute orange yogurt and 8-oz can of mandarin oranges, drained
directions:In the Quick Chef, mix together yogurt and desired fruit until well blended. Evenly pour mixture into Ice Tups® molds; insert flexible sticks into seals, place into mixture and seal. Freeze until firm; overnight is best. To release molds - rinse under tap water. |
